Our role

PrivateJetDealer is a charter access platform. We connect travelers with certified, independently operated aircraft. Flights are performed by licensed third-party operators, not by PrivateJetDealer.

Quotes provided are indicative until confirmed in writing with a specific operator and aircraft, and are subject to availability.

Using the site

You agree to provide accurate information in any request and to use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site or misuse the request form.

Pricing information, flight times, and distances shown on this site are approximate and for general guidance only.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PrivateJetDealer is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent operators, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
